1. Free Trial Policy

OptiroAI offers a 14-day free trial on eligible subscription plans. During this period, you may cancel at any time and will not be charged. After the trial period, your card will be automatically charged unless you cancel before the trial ends.

2. Subscription Services

All monthly or annual subscriptions are non-refundable once the payment has been processed. It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription before the renewal date if you do not wish to continue.

Exceptions:

If you were charged after canceling your subscription, please contact us within 7 days for a full refund.
If you encounter technical issues that prevent you from using the service and we are unable to resolve them, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund (case-by-case basis).

3. One-Time Service Payments

All payments made for one-time services such as onboarding, custom automation builds, integrations, or consulting are non-refundable once the work has commenced.

If the service was not delivered as promised or not initiated within 10 business days, you may request a full refund by contacting our support team.

4. Chargebacks & Disputes

If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact our support team before initiating a chargeback. We are here to assist and resolve any issues promptly.
