At OptiroAI, we aim to offer flexibility and control over your subscription and services. Please review our cancellation policy carefully before signing up.

1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your monthly or annual subscription at any time through your OptiroAI dashboard or by contacting our support team. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will continue to have access until then.

Note: Canceling a subscription does not trigger a refund unless you are within an active trial period (see Refund Policy).

2. Trial Period Cancellation

If you cancel within the 14-day free trial, you will not be charged. No payment is required unless you continue the subscription beyond the trial period.

3. Cancellation of One-Time Services

For custom services such as onboarding, automation setup, or consulting, cancellation requests must be submitted before the work begins. If work has already started, the service is considered non-cancellable and non-refundable.
